With more than 35 years of mortgage industry experience, Pamela Hamrick runs Incenter Diligence Solutions, one of many Incenter companies dedicated to providing expert mortgage services to the lending community. She maintains responsibility for business strategy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and supervises the day-to-day operations of a team of highly skilled due diligence professionals. Through her efforts, Pamela has established core company policies and procedures, streamlined processes and systems, and ensures her team maintains exceptionally high levels of customer service for each client.  In prior roles, she has run all aspects of highly successful mortgage fulfillment operations platforms overseeing loan setup coordinators, processors, underwriters, closers, funders and disclosure staff.

Prior to Incenter Diligence Solutions, Pamela held roles as Senior Vice President of Operations for Lending.com and First Financial Services where she managed the company’s processing, underwriting, closing, funding, compliance, disclosure, QC, and post-closing departments as well as the development and maintenance of the company’s Loan Origination System.  Previously, Pamela held positions as the Vice President of Operations for Roundpoint Mortgage and SVP, Operations for Lending Tree Loans where she was hired to build operations for a newly formed east coast operations center.

Pamela is a mortgage industry expert who, in her career has provided helpful advice for borrowers in national media outlets such as MarketWatch, US News & World Report, and Money Magazine.

She obtained her education by attending the University of California, San Diego studying Management Science.
